A Georgian home which overlooks the beautiful Judges Bay in Auckland. The interior exhibits a curation of materials, fittings and fixtures which embrace the architecture and celebrate the new. Colour has been used boldly in conjunction with textural stones and metals to create dauntless gestures which make each room and each detail feel unique. The client desired the kithcen to be completely concealed and therefore Hare responded by detailing kithcen cabinetry which felt as though it was part of the original and yet housed completely modern function and appliances. Furniture was custom designed to address the complexity of style within the residence.
