This young family loved where they live and wanted to completely transform their home without compromising on quality. Having a few bad experiences with renovations and builders over the years meant that this was priority number one.

Our clients already had some plans approved with Council and were unsure of the process from this point up until construction. We helped guide them through the minefield of approvals and consultants as well as locking in a builder to get the works done. During the middle of COVID lockdowns this was a stressful time for the family however, due to our large network of trusted experts we were able to get the job done.

The owners had been living in the property for over a decade and were ready for a fresh start. We added a brand new bi fold servery window in the kitchen as well as new stacker door leading to the huge new outdoor entertaining area. As you walk outside you are greeted by a massive new pergola with skylights as well as a French pattern travertine alfresco that meets the new pool coping all the way around the side path of the house. The pool was emptied and gorgeous new mosaic waterline tiles were installed.

Back inside no expense was spared with the new custom shaker kitchen and marble bench tops to match. The theme was continued into the laundry as well as the new main bathroom with a picture framed bathtub and marble to match. Underfloor heating was also installed as well as in the kids bathroom to ensure they didn’t miss out!

Our clients were overjoyed with the end result and love their new Hamptons theme home. We are pretty sure there will be many summer days and nights spent entertaining outdoors!
