Capturing the essence of modern luxury living, this inspired Kensington Residence, designed by award-winning architect Nick Lucas from Architecton, will take your breath away with its elegance, sophistication, and innate sense of style.
With such a thirst for high-end quality materials, the builder decided on our UniCote® Midnight Matte to offer striking black cladding contrasted with a specific colour of brick to create a modern masterpiece. The builder wanted something darker than most matt cladding on the market and mentioned that there was no other choice than Midnight Matte.
