A Tristram Developments project with Turton Builders
Four two storey duplex homes were designed by Zeb Adams Architecture in this prime location within a minutes walk to Hamilton Lake. These low maintenance properties were built to appeal to the 'lock up & leave' owner. All homes feature three bedrooms with a double garage. Kitchens are well equipped with Miele appliances and oversized windows capture maximum sun in the upper level entertaining zones. Clad in a mixture of Premier Group Bricks, Cedar and Dimond Roofing on exterior walls & roof.
