The PJM Project Management team successfully managed the delivery of seven architecturally designed terraced houses in Vera Rd, Te Atatu South.
Our client-side project management services included procurement, contract administration, and construction observation, The PJM team worked closely with the private developer, coordinating all aspects of the project to ensure a successful outcome.
The project offers affordable housing options for families and individuals in the area, and was delivered through careful planning, effective communication, and a commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability. The success of the project is attributed to effective collaboration between all stakeholders, including the developer, designer, builder, and project management team.
The newly built houses are of superior specification for affordable housing, featuring architectural lighting and carefully selected materials for sustainability. Additionally, each house is equipped with an electric vehicle charger for environmentally conscious individuals who want to reduce their carbon footprint.
