The PJM Project Management team successfully managed the delivery of seven architecturally designed terraced houses in Vera Rd, Te Atatu South.
Our client-side project management services included procurement, contract administration, and construction observation, The PJM team worked closely with the private developer, coordinating all aspects of the project to ensure a successful outcome.
The project offers affordable housing options for families and individuals in the area, and was delivered through careful planning, effective communication, and a commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability. The newly built houses are of superior specification for affordable housing, featuring architectural lighting and carefully selected materials for sustainability.
