Award-winning residence recognized for excellence in design and craftsmanship, achieving Gold Award and Category Winner at the Master Builders House of the Year Awards 2019, along with a prestigious Gold Reserve Medal at the National Awards.
This project that was completed in 2017 was entered into the Master Builders House of the Year Awards for the Auckland Region in 2019. We were very proud to receive a Gold Award and the Category Winner for the Atlus Windows New Home $750,000 - $1M New Homes Category.
This stunning home also won the Regional Lifestyle Award for Bathrooms for the entire Auckland, Northland and Coromandel Area. This is such a huge award, that we were honoured to receive at the Regional Competition. We were then very excited to be invited to the National Awards, which meant that we were within the top One Hundred Homes in New Zealand. At the National Master Builders House of the Year Awards, we received a Gold Reserve Medal for this home.
