Contemporary new build by Landmark Homes in Akatarawa, featuring elegant bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with premium appliances, and an efficient water solution for a comfortable semi-rural living experience.

We've just wrapped up an exciting project for Landmark Homes - a stunning new build nestled in the beautiful Akatarawa, boasting a semi-rural charm.

Within this lovely home, we completed two elegant bathrooms, each featuring custom-tiled showers and Greens tapware, ensuring a touch of luxury for the residents. Additionally, we crafted separate toilets and a convenient laundry space to cater to their daily needs.

The kitchen is truly the heart of this home, graced with a beautiful, spacious double Belfast butler sink, complemented by a dishwasher, water feed for the fridge, and a sleek Smeg gas stove.

Considering the semi-rural setting, we implemented a smart water solution, utilising two water tanks with a pump to efficiently service the entire house. This thoughtful design ensures a constant supply of water for a seamless and comfortable living experience.

We are proud of this remarkable project and thrilled to have contributed to creating a warm and functional living space for the residents.

“We have worked with Jamie and the Plumbgenix team for the last few years on a number of projects that have been successfully delivered. The team have worked with us through our home renovations which included transferring mains over to gas, installing two infinity systems and renovating bathrooms throughout the house. We have also worked with the team on other projects including replumbing of a house, the subdivision of two properties as well as a gym fitout. This gym included taking a space which had no running water to one which had three toilets & showers (including one accessible bathroom). Throughout these jobs there have never been issues with passing council inspections. We would recommend Jamie & the Plumbgenix Team for any job big or small. We love working with the team and will continue to do so for any jobs in the future”
