Lane Cove Townhouses
It was an exciting, challenging and very personal project for us. Personal—because the site was located in the heart of Lane Cove, and our director, Anna Klimova, lived in the suburb for more than twenty years. She knew every aspect of this beautiful area of Sydney.
Exciting and challenging—as the client wanted to fit spacious roof terraces on the site previously occupied by a squash court, and the space was minimal.
We met the client requirements and also fitted front courtyards and balconies. All townhouses came up as modern, comfortable, well-ventilated apartments, filled with light.
We hope future owners will call their houses home.

Most of our projects are residential projects. We design new buildings, and we do renovations.
We have extensive experience with houses located in heritage conservation areas. We love the challenge that comes with adopting the modern style of living with the heritage environment.
