A modern 3-bedroom house inspired by Palm Springs, featuring a minimalistic design, strategically positioned to maximize sunlight with a north-facing pool area, complemented by 3D elevations showcasing all sides of the property.
The purpose of this project was to visualise a developed plan of a 3 bedroom house that will be available to purchase. Inspiration was taken from Palm Springs in California to create a modern and slighly minimalistic look. The time of day was chosen to create the most mood and feel for the project and allows for the lights of the building and pool to be turned on. Elevations of the project were also created in 3D showing the North, South, East and West, with the pool area of the property facing North to capture the most sunlight.
