14 Brett Avenue is going to be located in Takapuna. 

A new client got in touch with 3DAV and required some exterior 3d renders. We received the 3d model of the house, the exterior colours and materials to be used on this modern coastal house.

With regards to landscaping 3DAV went with native New Zealand coastal plants to blend into the surrounding areas.

With a quick turnaround of 2 working days, our client was very happy with the final results.

3DAV is a company based in Hamilton, New Zealand, specialising in photo realistic 3D renders for residential and commercial projects.
