HPA typically undertakes single level dwellings, creating high quality projects where purchasers can have input into the interior design of their home, and with outdoor space for residents to enjoy. Projects are built in small stages over years, reducing capital investment requirement and risk.  HPA uses local contractors and suppliers where possible.

Along with villas and hospitals, facilities buildings are also constructed including indoor pools, hair salons, communal or commercial kitchens, resident bars and lounges, crafts rooms, and libraries.
