The villa is designed to descend along the natural slope, extending across three levels, each with a distinct purpose that combines functionality and entertainment. The basement, clad in concrete, houses a swimming pool, gym, and spa. The ground floor features an open living space, with a full-height marble fireplace wall elegantly separating the living and dining areas. Skylights on this level illuminate the pool below, creating a mesmerizing play of light and water.

The upper floor contains private family areas that overlook the sea and Rangitoto. The villa’s seamless transition between levels is accented by contrasting vertical aluminum cladding materials, achieving a harmonious separation within its elongated form.
