FJMT, due for completion 2023

Designed by renowned architect fjmtstudio, Lurline Bay’s new four-storey home is slated for completion in 2023, and is conceived to capitalise on its ocean front location with sweeping coastal views. Materiality is a point of focus for this project, with the property’s marble floors playing contrast to off-form concrete ceilings, large format imported Okawood glass windows and detailed timber, custom metal work and glazing throughout.
