The ICF construction of this home creates a solid design form which is quiet and consistently warm throughout the seasons. The simple lines of the build are softened by the decorative screening, which provides both privacy and light into the dwelling. ICF and concrete construction on a tight site neighboring onto the local primary school meant for a challenging build. Communication and patience were paramount. The end result clearly speaks for itself. "The finish build with Hartstone Homes was a quality experience. They have an amazing ability to see things in plan form and suggest other ways of doing things. They work on their feet, practical, knowledgeable, results focused professionals”.
