Picture a tin shed, one-bedroom house, on the doorstep of a tranquil lake, set against a backdrop of beautiful lawns and gardens.  Our clients had a vision to convert this one-bedroom house to a unique and stunning home.

An additional wing was constructed, with a walkway to adjoin to the existing structure.  Proactive Build converted the existing one-bedroom house to an open plan living area, dining and kitchen; complete with a scullery.  Sliding doors and windows were installed to maximise the views and to match the newly built wing.  Decks were built off the living room and master bedroom to enhance the indoor / outdoor flow.
