Set in the leafy streetscape of Miller Street, Point Chevalier, the understated design of the three residences at No. 43 features simplicity forms blends modernity with timeless style. The interplay of clay-brick façades, plastered garden walls, and perforated shutters creates a sensitive response to the streetscape.
Inside, the handcrafted plaster render, herringbone timber floors, and travertine marble elevate the living experience while full-height openings seamlessly integrate inside with outside, offering serene retreat within Auckland's intensifying suburban environment.
