The brief from the clients on this project, was they wanted to build a home that was very “low maintenance” while still incorporating a modern architectural look. A mixture of Sto Plaster system on a cavity along with aluminium powder-coated weatherboards has provided them with exactly that.
Following through with a high class build, we incorporated natural schist stone to the entry wall and external fireplace, along with beautifully installed Saligna timber flooring which sets the house apart.
The lighting and home automation system is second to none and performs very well offering lighting and security configurations, even the ability to monitor water tank levels from the palm of your hand.
