A wayfinding suite for the NDIA’s new headquarters required a focus on the needs of every user – something Diadem does on every project.
Diadem’s integrated services model led this project from the wayfinding strategy through design development and construction supervision.
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and the Department of Human Services (DHS) are Australian Federal Government bodies working with the community to deliver outstanding disability support services.
NDIA engaged Diadem to deliver a user-centric and legible wayfinding solution at its new headquarters in Geelong that would welcome and accommodate users of all abilities.
The result is a simple yet effective wayfinding suite – covering both digital and static signage – that guides staff and visitors through the nine-level building.
Diadem is an integrated practice which shapes brands for the built environment.
