This dwelling designed by Nott Architecture, won the NZIA award for Housing-Multi Unit category in the Southern location.

They thought it demonstrates a viable alternative to high-rise development. It takes its inspiration from Welsh village lane, the outside has a beautiful mixture of stone and pale wood.

Each property is a detached dwelling, each one unique and clustered together around a lane.
