Inspired by Miami’s vibrant arts & creative scene and laidback ethos, this dual residential project is a collaboration between HAVENDEEN Projects founders, Tui and Rob McKinnon, Three Balls Red founder, Jasmine Dowthwaite, and husband Ash, studio director of international lighting consultancy, FPOV.
Designed by celebrated building designer, Jayson Pate, with a focus on the highest standard of craftsmanship and quality trade finishes, the two-level contemporary beach homes pay homage to the Olsens team’s shared love of Mid-Century design, music, entertaining and good times.
Taking an environmentally conscious approach to design with the smaller footprint living, the four-bedroom Olsens Miami each boast soaring ceiling heights, open-plan spaces designed for connecting with family and friends, a sophisticated earth-toned palette, interiors detailed with high-end finishes and fixtures and a lighting scheme designed by industry leader, Dowthwaite.
A seamless indoor/outdoor flow leads out to a design-led pool landscape and outdoor entertaining space with sprawling parklands as a peaceful backdrop.
