Designed by SGA, Create and Construct were proud to renovate and extend this gorgeous family-bungalow in Onehunga.
The extensions were to the rear of the home, with an elevated, raked roof line which filled the space with much-needed light through skylights, large sliders and windows.
This sun filled addition was further complemented by the fresh, neutral interior, with a Poggenpohl kitchen, featuring timber detailing and blonded, engineered timber flooring. Full bathroom refits, including tiling, fixture and fittings, all crafted with understated elegance were also added.
The inclusion of large sliders, opening to a stunning Garapa hardwood deck and level lawn, made for a seamless indoor outdoor flow.
Together with SGA, Create and Construct gave a modern family bungalow a new lease on life, and crafted a space perfect for family life.
