This young family had purchased their first island home and wanted to create a special place for them to live full time and entertain from. The property was in original condition from its construction over 20 years ago and Island Interiors brief was to update the home throughout including revising the floor plan, creating a strong connection between indoors and outdoors as well as updating all fixtures and fittings. A pool was also a priority for this family with Island Interiors working in conjunction with Topia Garden Design on the pool and landscaping finishes.

Over a 2 year period, the floorplan was completely reconfigured to create zones for both adults and children while highlighting the amazing views in every direction. New kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries were designed and installed alongside all new internal finishes including electrical, lighting, flooring, paint colours, and wallpapers.

Bespoke furniture was designed to work perfectly with the newly created spaces as well as being robust enough for everyday family life. The finished home is a bright, young, fun, and luxurious space which is perfect for both family life and entertaining on the island.
