This stunning home is based in Coatesville, Auckland. Set at the end of a private road, the country surroundings create a private estate just outside of Auckland. Our overseas based client engaged Island Interiors to help them create their dream home in New Zealand.

This large family home was in original condition from when it was built over 20 years ago. The brief was to create a modern, stylish home for a young family.  The design style was drawn from our clients experience of living in Northern America and their desire to make the home a comfortable and stylish space to raise their family. Island Interiors detailed designs encompassed all areas of the home - providing design and detailed CAD drawing of the new kitchen and bathroom design, a full electrical redesign as well as finishes and furniture through out. Island Interiors project managed our trade teams to implement the new designs and provided detailed timelines to work to. Island Interiors also managed the design, procurement and installation of all furniture and accessories ready for the clients arrival. 

With the client based overseas the project was managed remotely via regular and detailed zoom meetings, as well as cloud based project management software and regular site visits over the 8 month period.
