We were engaged by our clients to complete an extensive alteration and extension to a grand villa in Lyttelton. Extensive demolition of the interior and exterior brought this home back to its’ original and bare bones. The house had a double storey double gable which we filled in which enabled us to open up the top level of the house and give the clients a stunning and practical 2-storey home. A complete refit and rewire was completed and the home is now one of most stunning properties in the area.
