It is hard to imagine that the original 500 square metre, dilapidated space on the top floor of an old building in Oneroa could ever be turned into what is now the Oyster Inn. When HD Building was first presented with this brief we knew we had our work cut out but we could also see the owner's vision for what is now the most popular restaurant on the island.

Over seven months, the entire space was stripped and refit to include a brand new commercial kitchen, three luxury boutique bedrooms all with ensuites, a private function room, an office and a small shop. All with a fixed opening date!
