Pacific Palm Beach edges the sands of the Gold Coast’s most in-demand suburb and is within walking distance to a host of renowned eateries and lifestyle meccas. Pacific is a two-per-floor configuration with two dual-level penthouses at the top and a stunning two-level beach house.

This is Hutchies’ second construction project with Forme following the success of NORTH at Burleigh. The building’s external design features minimalist razor sharp elements that make it stand out from the crowd. Internally it is finished with high end light and natural materials that celebrate the Gold Coast beach lifestyle.
