Spectrum Solutions were engaged to manage various mid-size projects for these absentee homeowners including working to deliver an entirely new interior palate which truly reflected their tastes and style. The new interior had to not only look great but also stand the rigours as a short term holiday home rentals. Continuing ongoing management, and project work today with many successful years of renting, Spectrum Solutions remain an integral part of the homeowners support team with ongoing projects and home care that see the house standing just as stunning and well maintained as the day they purchased the home and set it up for paying guest use.
