This large, spacious, three level 80’s home is situated on the Papamoa Beach waterfront.
It required major renovation to meet the clients needs. This included improving access by installing a lift, widening hallways, converting and remodelling bathrooms with full wet area facilities. The deck area was also redesigned to be more accessible and to interlink seamlessly with the upper bedrooms.
With clever use of window sizes and positions we maximised the stunning ocean views.
The exterior cladding was replaced with a more suitable product designed to withstand the demands of coastal living.
