The final chapter in the Breakfast Point development, Plumbers Workshop is a collection of 14 exceptional homes, crafted to revere the building’s enduring heritage and unique industrial style.
The Plumbers Workshop is a local heritage building that sits 100 metres from the water's edge that features large 5-metre-tall window arches, an industrial, exposed brick finish and sensitive architectural additions.
Our Avenue stone tiles are featured in all of the bathrooms, which compliments the wrought iron scheme and brass fixtures. Our Grande Max Elegant Black and Solid White porcelain slabs are used as island bench tops, working beautifully with the internal aesthetic and offering a more delicate and light surface to contrast with the hard strength of the metal beams and rough bricks.
