By Macfie Architecture
Macfie Architecture had the privilege of collaborating with the esteemed interior designer, Hannah Warren, to revitalise the exquisite 1920s bungalow into a sophisticated modern marvel. The Point Chevalier Bungalow project exemplifies a seamless fusion of timeless architectural elements and contemporary features.
The extensive renovation and extension involved the creation of a cathedral-like open area at the rear of the bungalow, boasting majestic vaulted ceilings and a harmoniously integrated kitchen, living, and dining space. The design effortlessly blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living, prioritising both practicality and visual appeal. This meticulously executed project, from initial concept to final completion, showcases a perfect partnership of heritage architecture and modern living.
