We provide a full service to clients, so not only will we carry out all the building work but we can give advice and a preliminary estimate, then organise everything from detailed costs, consents, building and sub-contractors right through to completion. It is very important to plan your project carefully from the beginning and we are more than happy to discuss the options available with you and help you steer the project in the right direction from the start.

We offer a flexible approach to all of your building needs and can work from your plans or help you to design the renovation of your dreams. While we work with a carefully selected group of sub-contractors we are happy to work with your chosen sub-contractors.

In 1994 Andrew Lawson started building under the name Andrew Lawson Builder.  Seeing the need for a specialist alteration and renovation builder, we started the Renovation Specialists brand in 2002.  It is very important to us that every renovation that we undertake it completed to the highest quality.  All our carpenters are either fully trade qualified or under going an apprenticeship.
