A builder approached our firm to help with the interior design to create a high-end spec home that would appeal to a wide range of buyers. The client wanted the home to have a light and airy feel with a neutral colour palette using high-end materials and finishes. The designer proposed a modern and sleek design concept with a mix of natural materials such as timber, stone, and marble, using a soft, muted colour palette with occasional pops of colour.

The project was a success and demonstrated the importance of working closely with the client to create a home that appealed to a wide range of potential buyers. The designer sourced and selected all materials and finishes for the home, including flooring, fixtures, and lighting. The result was a stunning, light-filled home with a timeless design that attracted a lot of interest from potential buyers, and the client was able to sell the home at a premium price point.
