A modern residence in Mangawhai, completed in 2022, featuring a harmonious blend of minimal maintenance and rural charm, highlighted by a welcoming roof design and expansive views from Mangawhai Heads to the Brynderwyns.
A balance between minimal maintenance, rural charm and warmth is achieved with this clever juxtaposition of materials. The roof design forms a welcoming sheltered entry, whilst soaring above the living areas to create a generous, light filled volume with expansive views from Mangawhai Heads and Te Arai to the Brynderwyns in the west.
