A 1940s stucco townhouse in the heart of old Nelson, formerly a community housing facility with four bedrooms and one bathroom, required a complete reassessment and makeover. MOORE gutted it and fully modernised the interior, transforming it to a relevant, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a new roof, new windows, and new outlook.
