Kainga Ora introduced Puriri Park in 2018 as one of their social housing projects in Whangarei, Northland. Situated on a 1.6 hectare site, Puriri Park will consists a mixture of One, Two, Three, Four and five bedroom homes, with a total of 37 houses combined including a community room to facilitate families and elderly residents.

Lead contractor Mike Greer Commercials started the project in December 2020. Collaborating with local businesses and trade personals (such as ourselves) to get the project moving forward.

Since then we have seen the first lot of families move into their new homes in July 2022 with others expected to occupy theirs by Christmas. For us at CB Plastering it has been a privilege to be working on such a major build, that will have a positive impact in social housing, health and well being of our community.
