This is a large scale new commercial build for a high profile tenant that had lost their offices in the 2011 earthquake. The site is in the centre of Christchurch city, walking distance from the retail and hospitality precincts.

Novo Group provided due diligence and site acquistion advice having been contacted by the client in the early stages to identify potential issues and planning constraints. We provided a clear and brief summary of risks and opportunities supporting the client through the planning phase.
