About
The Quattro Apartment building consists of 64 apartments over four levels on a street fronting site on Great North Road. It was identified that failure of deck membranes, among other issues, had damaged the structure.
Teak Construction Group was commissioned to remedy the issue by completing a full reclad. We are also fixing internal problems with the building’s passive fire protection by removing intertenancy walls and associated bathrooms.
