A modern, industrial concrete and steel home replacing a leaky 1980s house, designed to maximize light and views while harmonizing with the heritage character of its Northcote Point neighborhood.
This home is located on the moderately busy Queen Street in Northcote Point. It was to replace a 1980's leaky house on a 276m2 Heritage Zone property. The brief was to get a modern, industrial concrete and steel, open plan home, with views to the West and drawing as much light as possible, and that sat comfortably with its early century neighbours.
