Renovation Builders proudly presents Rame Rd, Greenhithe, Auckland, and the North Islands' first stand-alone 10 Homestar Rated house. Even more exciting is that we were able to achieve the nation's very first 10 Homestar Renovation.
Led by the expertise of Zane and his team, this was a project that required a meticulous eye for detail and a great deal of planning. The 265m² house is modest in appearance but boasts a range of impressive features, including a double garage with electric car charging capabilities, 4 spaciously sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, scullery, laundry, study and a large living area.
This renovation project is a testament to Renovation Builders' commitment to energy efficiency and is an exemplary example of how features and fixtures can be retrofitted to create a home that is both comfortable and sustainable.
