CPMC was engaged to provide project management services to assist with the circa 406 lot residential subdivision project at 33-37 Red Hills Road, Westgate. Earthworks commenced in 2020 in accordance with the approved resource consent documents. CPMC pursued the super lot subdivision consent, EPA and ultimate comprehensive land use consent.
