Captain Cove Land Subdivision: A premium 122-lot residential development in Hobsonville, featuring stunning sea views and waterfront access, completed in 2024, enhancing the local community with thoughtful master planning and civil construction.
CPMC have been engaged to provide development management and project management services in relation to 122 lot land subdivision and housing development from the land acquisition and master planning process. The site is located in peaceful sought-after suburb on the peninsula, Hobsonville, which is just 23km from Auckland CBD with ferry route nearby. Captain’s Cove is a high end development with sea views and waterfront access.
CPMC worked with numerous developers to shape the large areas of Scott Point precinct in order to meet the needs of Hobsonville Point’s growing community, with the strong knowledge of the local market and significant experience with the coastal development in the area.
Civil construction is currently in progress for the residential subdivision. The project commenced in September 2021 and was completed in 2024.
