Overall
This natural light bathed bathroom delivers a sense of fresh and calm while functioning on a practical level as an easy-clean, monolithic design, seamlessly sealed in Corian. Its geometric tiles, touches of timber and seamless forms, portray a soulful characteristic and modern aesthetic befitting of the home’s mid-century design.
Vanity & Mirrored Cabinet
Warm Rimu veneer highlights echo timber panelling found throughout the owners beloved mid-century home. The Corian L-shaped benchtop end is gently curved then repeated opposite in the mirrored cabinet’s L-trim above. Star profiled tap handles were sourced from Hansgrohe to continue the star-like diamond pattern of the tiled walls.
Curved Corian top & Corian bath/shower base
Complete with a matching integrated basin, the Corian floating vanity top appears to fall off into the bath surround yet is intentionally separated to create tension. This bath mould subsequently flows seamlessly through into the shower space creating a useful ledge within.
Shower
The stream-lined junction between the shower and the bath create the striking monolithic design and delight the owner with its effortless cleaning.
