Our clients lifestyle had changed over the years, the interior of the home was remodeled to maximize the stunning views.
This property was built against a bank and over the years had developed drainage issues, causing the lower level of the home to become damp. The basement required internal excavation, allowing the lower level to be extended further back with new drainage, strengthening and waterproofing.
The 1980's design of split level floors were changed to create flow out onto a deck overlooking the harbor.
