These four luxury townhouses, located at the rear of Richmond’s historic Lalor House were commissioned to help fund the considerable restoration of the heritage listed home. The townhouses acknowledge the grandeur and scale of Lalor House whilst being unashamedly bold and contemporary. The townhouses extend over three levels, each having northern orientated external spaces. Relaxed yet sophisticated interiors were designed in conjunction with the stylists at Domicile.

Atcliffe Walder Atelier is an architectural studio born out of an ongoing partnership between Marnie Atcliffe and Kathryn Walder.
We are both Registered Architects and A+ Institute Members with over 40 years of combined experience working in the residential architecture and design construct industry in Victoria.
Our underlying beliefs are that buildings should contribute positively and that well designed homes improve the lives of their occupants.
