The client wished to maximize the potential of this 607 sq.m. site.
Multi-Lot Development was considered feasible to optimize the dollar value of the proposed development. Our plan is to create multiple types of residences with a common car park. Two luxury, independent houses in the front along with a 3-unit block at the back is to provide excellent indoor living area with pleasant three bedroom sitting on upper levels. North facing sunny outdoor courts provide excellent outdoor enjoyment space for future homeowners. We took inspiration from Japanese compact designed house to facilitate healthy living in compact dwellings.
