A stunning renovation of the 1917 Roseville House, featuring a contemporary extension and acoustically optimized living spaces, designed for natural light and comfort, completed in 2024 for clients Ben Vanderkolk and Jenn Little.
Originally built in 1917, Roseville House has undergone a remarkable architectural renovation. The transformation includes a thoughtfully considered extension, providing a warm and light living space. Generously sized metal-framed bi-fold doors flood the interior with natural light, inviting the skyline into the living area. Deliberate attention has been given to the acoustics to meet the specific needs of one of the owners, who is a professional soprano opera singer.
