Ruby Bay New Build

“Cable Bay house as a project was 12 years in the planning so securing the right builder was important to us. After recommendation, we met Jason and were impressed with his professionalism and enthusiasm for our project. We collaboratively reviewed the build and together we came up with great value engineering solutions to ensure the build was on budget and that we enhanced the view and feel we wanted to achieve in this home. During the build process, Jason communicated excellently with us and held very high standards of his staff and the subcontractors onsite in terms of quality, cost and time management. This build incorporated multiple and varying angles, pitches and floor levels all on an elevated site, a project most builders would not comprehend; however with Jason and his team, they made this build very enjoyable process and something we felt part of which was important to us. We would have no hesitation recommending Jason for a wide range of building projects along with architectural new builds.”
