Revitalization of the Rutherford Homestead in North Canterbury following earthquake damage, completed in 2020 by A J Scott, encompassing a substantial 800 square meters and an 18-month renovation process.
After it was badly damaged in the Kaikoura earthquake, construction company A J Scott was tasked with reviving this heritage homestead located at the foothills of Waiau, North Canterbury. At 800 square metres it was a sizeable project and took over 18 months to complete the renovation.
