The beautiful Saint James church, built in the 1880’s has been in converted into apartments mid 2010’s and was due for a refresh. Heritage colours were a must for a building of this age. Olive weatherboards, off white trim and windows with a dark grey surrounds to give contrast. Topped off with a bold maroon red on the roof, front door and Saint James sign. All colours tie in to create one of Wellington’s stand out heritage buildings.
