CPMC provided development management and project management services throughout the duration of this residential subdivision project in Scott Point, Hobsonville, Auckland. The 4 ha site was subdivided successfully into 105 residential lots.

The construction commenced in 2020 and the earthworks and civil works completed in 2021. Our services included in assisting with the masterplan and development design, feasibility analysis, contract negotiation, procurement and project management throughout the construction and title stages.
